Cyberbullying - important information from the Office of the Children's eSafety Commissioner

Please take a moment to read through some information from the Children's eSafety Commisioner about the new 'Cyberbullying Complaints Scheme' taking affect from the 1 July 2015 as part of the Enhancing Online Safety for Children Act 2015.

The Office of the Children's eSafety Commissioner - at a glance

  • The Office is designed to act on behalf of children suffering serious cyberbullying
  • The Office partners with parents and students, independantly of TCC, to find solutions to unresolved, persistant bullying issues
  • The Office aims to work directly with social media companies to resolve issues
  • The Office may disclose information to TCC on behalf of your child in efforts to resolve the issue
